Her array of experiences from health care, television, and architecture have contributed to an extremely diverse network of contacts that altogether make Marykay an incredible resource. Born and raised in Monroe, New York, Marykay comes from a strong family background in the education and art/architecture industry—her Scottish mother and Italian father. Now with four “millennial” children, Marykay knows the importance of finding the best communities and schools that the capital area has to offer and assists families in finding their perfect match. During her free time, Marykay enjoys traveling, baking, dinners with family and friends, working out, and riding bikes with her husband.

    1. People who look for a home during the Holidays are serious buyers. 2. Serious buyers have fewer houses to look at and choose from during the Holidays. Less competition may mean more money for you. 3. The supply of listings will dramatically increase in January. A higher supply of available homes in the market will mean there will be less demand for your particular home. This may impact your sale price. 4.
